High operational reliability across the country and a knowledgeable service desk with short response times were important components when Edsbyn Senab began the procurement of a new IT partner. Nordlo won the procurement and is today the overall provider of operations, support, and continuous development of Edsbyn Senab's complex IT environment.
Edsbyn Senab is one of Scandinavia's leading suppliers of interior solutions for offices and public environments, consisting of several sales companies spread across the country and a large production facility and factory in Edsbyn, Hälsingland. With over 15 offices and operations spread from southern to northern Sweden, a reliable infrastructure solution was required.
The collaboration began in 2022 with a major implementation project of a new IT infrastructure. After a thorough preliminary study, Nordlo was able to deliver a tailored hybrid server solution with management of servers on-site at Edsbyn Senab, as well as operations in Nordlo's data centre and in Azure.
