Låsteam was founded in 2000 with the ambition to offer businesses and individuals integrated security solutions and is today a full-scale security company providing complete and customised security systems to clients in most industries across Sweden. Their operations require stable and secure IT operations as they manage both in-store sales and monitor security solutions for customers, with staff on standby around the clock.
After using the same IT provider for several years, Låsteam was looking for a new IT partner that could offer a more future-proof and efficient operational solution. The solution needed to support both office work and remote work, provide high security and redundancy, and be easy to scale up when necessary.
Nordlo suggested a migration of Låsteam's operations from a traditional data centre to a cloud-based Azure solution from Microsoft. This hybrid solution, which combines a physical data centre with cloud services in Azure, provided Låsteam with several technological advantages where VPN tunnels ensured that all offices and stores as well as employees working from home had secure and stable access to the IT environment.
Nordlo also delivers powerful DDoS protection and redundancy in a Microsoft environment with several different data centres and backups – a level of security that few other providers can match. In addition to the migration project, Nordlo also provides comprehensive IT support and is responsible for the delivery and backup of their Microsoft 365 environments, including OneDrive and email clients, firewalls, and internet delivery.
