Eton is a Swedish premium brand within men's fashion, and with a presence in over 50 markets worldwide, IT permeates the entire business. "Technology and cybersecurity run as a common thread through the business, and Nordlo is with us every step of the way, from our digital e-commerce right out on the shop floors," says Carl-Axel Rosendahl, Business Tech Director at Eton.
But it has not always been like that. The previous IT solution was both cumbersome and difficult to work with, resulting in a reactive approach where problems drained energy from innovation and development. It was more about ensuring that operations ran smoothly and tackling issues as they arose.
We needed a fresh start. IT should never be a hindrance to new initiatives and expansion within Eton. I had worked with Nordlo before and know that they work proactively. The collaboration between Nordlo and Eton began in 2022. Together, we took charge of Eton's operations which we moved to a stable and updated platform in Azure in 2025. Today, they are 100% cloud-based. Since then, Nordlo has supported Eton with, among other things, license management and networking. We also strengthen security with services such as Governance and Monitoring, Managed Endpoint, and patching. If any questions or problems arise, they receive quick support from Nordlo's dedicated service desk or from our technicians on site.
