As Service Delivery Manager, Linnea Skärdin is responsible for delivery to clients purchasing SOC or other security services from Nordlo. Together with her team, she ensures that the quality of delivery is maintained, that the reporting is accurate, and that the client is satisfied.
"I am responsible for ensuring that the work is on the right path from a security strategy perspective. It involves several components. Technical knowledge is essential, but it also requires the ability to build trust, an understanding of the client's needs, and which services they require to advance their security efforts. It's quite a significant role; I am so glad to have gained this trust," says Linnea.
Linnea previously came from Darktrace, a British AI product company in cybersecurity and a long-time Nordlo partner. "Nordlo has a good reputation and widespread trust in the market. I knew there were capable and skilled people working here and that the company was big enough to have good processes in place, yet still offered a chance to have your voice heard. Creativity is encouraged here, and management welcomes ideas and initiatives. Furthermore, there is a good and warm atmosphere in the office," Linnea continues.

I am proudest when I manage to enthuse people who initially seem grumpy and contrary. When I can start a conversation and successfully move an issue forward, that is when I truly thrive.
