Henrik has been working as a junior systems technician at Nordlo for almost two years and is thus part of Nordlo's highly appreciated support team. A typical workday for Henrik involves answering support calls and cases from customers as first-line support. On other days, he handles incoming requests regarding operations and system changes and performs deliveries as needed.

Although he has worked at Nordlo for almost two years, Henrik still feels relatively new to the industry. "I often encounter new challenges at work since I am still new in the industry, and I love it! New problems and challenges are important for my personal development. Additionally, it makes everyday life exciting, it keeps me on my toes," Henrik continues.
The contact and feedback from customers are also important for development and confidence. "Both positive and constructive criticism are rewarding. But it's clear that I feel especially proud when we receive positive feedback from customers. "My goal is to specialise and gain expertise in a specific area in the future. I am not completely sure which area it will be yet, as there are so many different fields within IT to delve into. But network operations is something I am particularly curious about right now," concludes Henrik.
With close collaboration and a strong focus on operational insight, we have established many long-term and successful customer relationships across several industries.
