Åsa Hollander

Åsa started working at Nordlo as an IT consultant in September 2022. Here she works as a consultant at the client with various projects, primarily within user structure, Office365, and MFA. But also with daily operations and service desk. Åsa enjoys her role as an IT consultant, but it is also challenging, requiring problem-solving skills and a considerable amount of determination. "The challenges we face are not always entirely obvious. But we do not give up. It is important to identify the problem and together come up with a good solution. We go all in on that."

As an IT consultant at Nordlo, new challenges arise almost every day, which makes Åsa's job both fun and rewarding. "It uplifts me to be challenged and to puzzle over a question to find a solution. To feel that you are solving a problem with the help of your own expertise is what gives the most. Development, security, and self-esteem go hand in hand."

What is the best thing about working at Nordlo?

"I enjoy the variety in tasks and that no day is the same as the other. My lovely, smart colleagues are also important. Here we support each other, which creates security and job satisfaction." Although challenges and detective work are important for Åsa to thrive and develop at work, focus and anchoring of competence are equally important. "I look forward to focused deep dives and to continue helping customers to get order and structure in their IT environment.
