The collaboration with Byggmax began in 2018 with server operation and support, and today Nordlo is responsible for the entire operational IT delivery at Byggmax. This includes IT infrastructure, security and workplaces for both stores and offices, as well as IT set-ups for new stores.
“We support Byggmax in its digital business development and develop customised solutions based on the company's needs. Among other things, the onboarding of new employees is now fully automated.”
A clear IT structure and cost control are important factors for Byggmax.
