The collaboration between Greencarrier and Nordlo began in 2012 with projects and consultancy efforts. In 2014, Greencarrier chose Nordlo as a strategic partner for the global IT infrastructure. Today, Nordlo's service desk and customer team support all of Greencarrier's offices worldwide. In close cooperation with the daily logistics operations, improvement projects are driven to streamline the central infrastructure and continue the transition to cloud services.

A challenge has been to find smarter solutions for a global IT environment, where Nordlo has contributed effective services that meet high demands for security and availability. The work has involved a gradual shift from in-house IT to infrastructure as a service.
The collaboration has been characterised by an open and constructive dialogue where Nordlo's dedicated employees contribute deep expertise to maintain and further develop our IT services. Therefore, it has also been natural to continue the journey and the collaboration.
