Nordlo focuses on systems integration with strategic acquisition of Knowe

Nordlo is taking a clear position in systems integration with the acquisition of Alingsås-based Knowe AB, a leading company in software development and automation solutions. The acquisition significantly increases Nordlo's expertise in integration and systems development, areas where market demand is also growing strongly.

- ‘Knowe is a fantastic complement to us in systems integration and cloud-based services. It's a strategic component and we see great opportunities to better develop our entire business,’ says Fredrik Almén, CEO at Nordlo.

Nordlo sees the acquisition of Knowe as key to its growth strategy, as the company will be able to offer both existing and new customers a broader range of services, including the integration of complex systems and platforms.

- ‘The acquisition of Knowe gives Nordlo access to deep expertise in integration and automation solutions. We can now more comprehensively help our customers to streamline their processes and meet new market requirements in both the private and public sectors.

Founded in 2013 by Mattias Revelj, Anders Wallmyr and Jonas Håkanson, Knowe has built up a solid expertise in the field of integration. The company's unique approach, combining technical expertise with insights into human behaviour, has made them a key player in the market.

- To take the next step and handle larger deals, we needed a partner with a bigger platform. With Nordlo, we now have the strength we need to continue growing and developing throughout Sweden,’ says Mattias Revelj.

- ‘There's a growing demand for integration solutions today, and with Knowe on our team, we're better equipped than ever to meet the increased complexity of today's digital landscape,’ says Fredrik Almén, CEO at Nordlo.
