Gekås in Ullared is a rapidly growing tourist destination, which has developed since its inception in the 1960s into a full-scale tourist resort with shops, restaurants, and its own holiday village. Over time, the need for operations with constant availability had become increasingly critical, while the old server park in the company's own data centre needed to be renewed.
When it was time to renew the servers and SAN in their own data centre, Gekås contacted several suppliers, including Nordlo, to compare different solutions.
