Terje Løvstad, CEO of Nordlo's offices in Oslo and Drammen, and Bjørn André Lerøen, Business Area Manager Nordlo Norway.
Terje Løvstad has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including founding and managing a successful IT business. During his time as COO at Braathe AS, Terje has worked with strategy, digital development and leading and developing sales and technology departments.
“We see great potential in Oslo and Drammen, which are the regions that are growing fastest with new business establishments. They are home to a quarter of Norway's small and medium-sized companies, which are Nordlo's primary target group,” says Terje Løvstad, the new CEO of Nordlo's offices in Oslo and Drammen.
Terje's background matches Nordlo, which has an entrepreneurial organisation with seven different units in Norway. The group has grown by around 13 percent in Norway over the past year, with increased profitability, and currently has a turnover of around NOK 400 million in Norway.
“Nordlo's model of close co-operation with customers and units with high autonomy is different from the industry and has been the basis for the strong growth. I believe my background in leadership and inclusion fits well here,” says Terje Løvstad.
In connection with the recruitment of Terje, the offices in Oslo and Drammen are merged into one legal entity with a turnover of approximately NOK 50 million and 17 employees.
“The merger creates a stronger platform for organic growth, but also future acquisitions. ‘Nordlo is actively looking for profitable, entrepreneurial IT companies, and we have acquired five companies in Norway since 2023,” says Björn André Lerøen, Business Area Manager for Nordlo Norway.
