Nordlo has been named the 2025 winner of the FSN Capital’s Sustainability Award. FSN Capital Partners annually presents the sustainability award to portfolio companies that successfully combine strong business development with a structured and ambitious approach to sustainability.
“The award is a testament to Nordlo’s long-term efforts to integrate sustainability into the business, where clear climate targets, engaged employees and responsible governance are key elements,” says Evelina Pallin, Sustainability Manager at Nordlo.

Since 2016, FSN Capital Partners has presented the sustainability award, recognising portfolio companies for successful work within environmental, social and governance areas.
During 2025, Nordlo has further developed its sustainability efforts. The company has, among other things, had its climate targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), improved how it measures and monitors emissions, reduced absolute emissions within Scope 1 and 2 by 14 percent, and advanced its circular IT processes.
“We focus strongly on making our sustainability targets tangible and setting measurable objectives. This is essential to ensure that we, as well as our suppliers and customers, can reduce climate impact.”
At the same time, Nordlo has strengthened its work on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion.
“Employee satisfaction has increased significantly, which is important in creating long-term customer value and supporting our development. We place great emphasis on building a safe and inclusive workplace for everyone.”
In terms of governance, the company has taken several steps forward and works extensively to strengthen security awareness among employees. The company is ISO 27001 certified, a standard for information and cyber security, and will implement a Code of Conduct training programme during 2026.
“Thanks to our measurable sustainability efforts, we have secured sustainability-linked financing, where costs are reduced as we achieve our targets. This is clear evidence that sustainability creates business value,” says Evelina Pallin.
“Nordlo is a strong example of how sustainability and value creation go hand in hand. Since establishing the group in 2018, the company has nearly tripled its revenues while consistently improving its sustainability performance. We work systematically on sustainability across all our portfolio companies, and Nordlo exemplifies what best-in-class execution looks like, making them a well-deserved winner of this year’s award,” says Patrice Jabet, Partner at FSN Capital Partners.
The award was presented at a ceremony in Copenhagen in March.
