The Swedish Ski Association (SSF) has chosen Nordlo to deliver cloud and support services as well as computers. Proximity to specialist expertise in Falun was an important factor for SSF, which values a knowledgeable and accessible partner.
“The SSF is forward-looking and keen to test new technology. We are helping them to create a working structure and collect data, so that they can work smarter and find new ways to use IT,” says Per Jonsson, digital advisor at Nordlo.

The Swedish Ski Association is one of Sweden's oldest sports association, founded in 1908, has over 1,200 associations and approximately 109,000 members throughout the country. Its head office is in Falun, with an alpine office in Åre.
Nordlo provides security and cloud services as well as a modern workplace, including support, computers and network solutions, to the SSF. Ulrika Jacobsson is IT coordinator at the SSF and appreciates Nordlo's close contact and broad knowledge.
“In Nordlo, SSF has an IT supplier that matches our needs. They are a large organisation with a great deal of expertise, but at the same time they have a close and personal relationship where they adapt their services and provide advice based on what we are ready for,” says Ulrika Jacobsson, IT coordinator at SSF.
IT security is particularly important for a travelling organisation such as SSF.
“We now have better support and are automating how we manage our employees’ computers and phones. Thanks to the fact that we have better control over our users, this also strengthens the association’s IT security and enables more secure connections for coaches abroad.”
Going forward, the focus is on exploring the possibilities of Copilot, Microsoft's AI tool, with the help of Nordlo.
“We want to be a modern organisation and are incredibly curious and driven to test new technology. Nordlo is a partner that inspires and comes up with ideas for new applications and services,” says Ulrika Jacobsson, IT coordinator at SSF.
