Swedish IT group Nordlo has acquired Nethouse. The acquisition is the 19th since Nordlo was founded and the largest to date in terms of revenue.
“The acquisition is part of our ambition to become the leading IT security services provider,” says Fredrik Almén, CEO of Nordlo.

Nethouse specialises in cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure. Its customers are found across most industry segments, primarily within the broader spectrum of small and medium-sized enterprises. Nethouse has offices in Gothenburg, Karlstad, Sundsvall and Örebro.
In 2025, the company reported revenue of SEK 253 million, making it the largest single acquisition since Nordlo was founded in 2018.
“The Gothenburg operation has specialist expertise in identity and access management (IAM). This will be a strong complement to Nordlo’s existing security offering and something our customers will demand.”
Nordlo currently operates in a large number of locations across Sweden, and the establishment in Karlstad represents a new geographical presence.
“Nethouse is a company we have followed for a long time, and the timing was right. The strategic fit between Nethouse and Nordlo is clear. They have a business similar to ours, with managed services and consultancy, as well as highly satisfied customers and employees,” says Fredrik Almén.
“Nordlo and Nethouse are an excellent match, both in terms of offering and culture. Together, we can provide our customers with a broader offering and greater delivery capacity, while our employees gain more colleagues and new development opportunities. We look forward to taking the next step in our journey together with Nordlo,” says Johan Ripe, CEO of Nethouse.
Nordlo’s strategy is to grow both organically and through acquisitions of entrepreneur-led companies. Behind the acquisition strategy is the owner FSN Capital Partners, which in 2024 contributed SEK 1.5 billion to accelerate expansion. In September 2025, Nordlo appointed Karolina Båvenholm as Head of M&A. Nethouse is her second acquisition since joining.
“It is somewhat of a buyer’s market. We actively review at least two to three companies every week. At the same time, the number of companies that tick all the boxes for us is extremely limited. They must have the right offering, satisfied customers and, above all, the right culture,” says Karolina Båvenholm, Head of M&A at Nordlo.
