In a survey aimed at Swedish companies in the SME segment, which Nordlo conducted in 2019, they asked those responsible for IT in the companies whether they were satisfied where their choice of IT provider. 80 per cent of respondents replied that they were satisfied with their IT provider at present, i.e. that they delivered everyday services to an acceptable level. The same group said that they want to have an IT provider that takes them into the future, something that Nordlo wants to help our clients with as a proactive provider and business partner.
