Our telephone exchange service provider registers information about you when you try to reach us via this function, to enable us to contact you. The messages generated typically contain your name, company, contact details and subject (things that clarify what the contact concerns). When you wish to be contacted, your contact details are sent to whom it may concern by email or text message. Part of this registration involves recording the telephone conversation and saving it for a limited period. We save the information to enable us to consult the message again when necessary.
