Nordlo deepens collaboration with Skandia Fastigheter, will digitize all properties

Skandia Fastigheter has chosen Nordlo as its IT partner to drive the digitalisation of the company's portfolio of properties and associated IT infrastructure across Sweden. With this investment, Skandia Fastigheter will also develop the next generation of digital services.

– We're looking for solutions that can make life easier and more digital for our customers, from electricity and alarm systems to new AI-driven services such as energy efficiency and remote control. The partnership with Nordlo enables the development of these, says Filip Backström, IT Manager at Skandia Fastigheter.

Skandia Fastigheter is a property company in and around Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. With 134 properties and more than 180 employees, it owns, develops and manages offices, housing, shopping centres and community properties. Nordlo began its collaboration with Skandia Fastigheter in 2022, when it was responsible for the company's IT and digitalisation services for its offices.

The collaboration is now being deepened with the aim of building an IT environment that supports the development of new modern services and technical solutions for the company's properties, including control systems for heating and ventilation, electricity supply, alarm and access control systems. Nordlo will act as a strategic partner and be responsible for operations, network infrastructure, support and IT security.

– Together with Nordlo, Skandia Fastigheter will also develop the next generation of digital services for customers, such as AI-driven energy efficiency systems, and find more ways to simplify and further develop property management, says Filip Backström.

– The real estate industry has great opportunities to digitise. The foundation for a stable and secure property network lies in the IT infrastructure, where Skandia Fastigheter is now taking a big step. We're delighted to help them develop digital services that tomorrow's customers will expect,’ says Sandra Lindblad, CEO of Nordlo Evolve.
