Nordlo acquires Stockholm company EPM Data
Nordlo is acquiring EPM Data, which will add 45 employees and increase sales by approximately SEK 115 million.
– We're strengthening our position as one of the Nordic region's leading players in cloud and infrastructure. At the same time, we're bringing additional expertise into the group, says Fredrik Almén, CEO of Nordlo.
EPM Data was founded in 1994 and has grown strongly in recent years, with sales almost doubling since 2020. This is Nordlo's first major acquisition since the company was injected with just over SEK 1.5 billion in a new investment fund by the owner company FSN Capital Partners.
– EPM Data is a good fit for the Nordlo Group because, like us, they work closely with customers and take overall responsibility for their IT environment. They have broad technical expertise that will benefit our entire business and thus our customers, says Fredrik Almén, CEO of Nordlo.
EPM Data is a full-service provider of IT services, with customers ranging from government agencies and trade unions to insurance and consultancy companies.
– As part of Nordlo, we will become an even stronger player with both broader and deeper expertise. Our employees will also have greater opportunities for development, which is an important value we share with Nordlo. Over the years, we have supported our customers in realising their full digital potential through a close partnership,’ says Per Sidén, CEO of EPM Data.
– This acquisition is another step in Nordlo's growth journey, and the aim is to continue to grow both organically and through further acquisitions in the future, both in Sweden and internationally,’ says Fredrik Almén, CEO of Nordlo.
