Nordlo acquires SSC Networks, continuing its expansion journey in Norway

Nordlo acquires the Norwegian company SSC Networks, adding another eastbased company to the group. With a service potfolio that aligns with Nordlo's and expertise in security and cloud services, SSC Networks strengthens the group's overall offering in Norway.

– We are both happy and satisfied with the acquisition of SSC Networks and our continued expansion journey in Norway. With its competent employees, sharp offerings, and loyal customer portfolio, SSC Networks fits well into the Nordlo group. This is great," says Fredrik Almén, CEO of Nordlo.

SSC Networks is an established company with extensive experience in cloud services, security solutions, operations, and support. They often take on overall responsibility, acting as an extended IT department for clients. The customer portfolio is strong, with many loyal and recurring customers. SSC Networks is Nordlo's second acquisition in the Eastland region in a short period, a strategic geographical position, and an important step in Nordlo's ongoing expansion in Norway. In the last 12 months, four Norwegian companies have been acquired: SSC Networks, iSky, Netsense, and Fana Data. Nordlo is now present in seven different locations in Norway.

– We look forward to becoming part of Nordlo, which will strengthen our technical expertise and give us the power to support our customers with more comprehensive projects. Nordlo and SSC Networks share the same DNA with a focus on quality deliveries, high security, and a commitment to always working closely with the customer. Becoming part of Nordlo feels just right for us," says Tom-Richard Utengen, CEO of SSC Networks Norway.

– We are very pleased to welcome SSC Networks to Nordlo and thereby strengthen our presence in Eastland. With a robust service offering in cloud, operations, support, and security, SSC Networks enhances Nordlo's overall expertise and offering. Nordlo gets closer to existing customers in the region, and customers gain access to an even broader range of services and experts. Win-win, simply!" says Bjørn André Lerøen, CEO Nordlo Norway.
