Nordlo acquires iSky and continues its expansion journey in Norway
Nordlo acquires Oslo-based iSky, taking another significant step into the Norwegian market. With expertise in public cloud and Azure, iSky strengthens Nordlo's comprehensive offerings in cloud and infrastructure and contributes to the group's extensive network of expertise.
– A sharp service offering combined with a strategic location in Oslo and strong customers in the SMB segment make iSky a welcome and valuable addition to the Nordlo group," says Fredrik Almén, CEO of Nordlo.
iSky has a broad offering in IT operations. In addition to a forward-thinking strategy in private, hybrid, and public cloud solutions, the company provides services in security and strategic consulting. Furthermore, they have a strong customer portfolio focusing on larger companies within the SMB segment. iSky's geographic location in Oslo makes the acquisition an important step toward Nordlo's strategic business goal of continued expansion in Norway. In the last 12 months, three Norwegian companies have been acquired – iSky, Netsense, and Fana Data. Nordlo is currently present in six different locations in Norway.
– Both iSky and Nordlo have always considered proximity to the customer a central part of our business philosophy. Becoming part of Nordlo gives us increased opportunities to strengthen our deliveries and the ability to offer our services to a broader geographical audience. I also look forward to jointly enhancing our security efforts to provide our customers with an even higher standard of data security and privacy," says Lars Hegdahl, CEO of iSky.
– We are very pleased to welcome iSky to Nordlo. The establishment in the Oslo area is a strategically important step that increases our geographical coverage, bringing us closer to existing customers in the region. iSky has a strong service offering with a focus on cloud solutions, strengthening Nordlo's overall expertise and offerings. Additionally, they are ISO 27001 certified, demonstrating their commitment to security and aligning with Nordlo's values and vision for the future," concludes Bjørn André Lerøen, CEO of Nordlo Norway.
