Tell me about your job at Nordlo:
I work as the business manager for our customers in the Stockholm region and I also have staff responsibilities. My main objective is ensuring growth, which I do by developing our existing customers and also by working with potential customers with a focus on creating customer satisfaction. When it comes to our personnel, I work a great deal with skills and enhancement and making sure our employees get the challenges they all need in working life.

I have extensive experience from the IT industry in which I've held many positions such as head of sales and head consultant, and the management of major units.

What does a normal working day look like for you?
My days vary greatly, but are mostly focused on our customers and employees. I devote a large part of my time to developing our customers, creating proposals for solutions, and looking into how we can support our customers in the future with any new needs that arise. This may mean anything from browser filters and log services to major change projects.

In the case of our employees, I devote most of my time to coaching and supporting them with the challenges in their working lives.

We work a great deal in teams, which is an important element for us. In addition, we spend a lot of time on shared activities such as conferences, skiing trips, and different events such as the Vasa relay ski race, the Göteborgsvarvet run and various cycle races. We also hold regular boardgames evenings and weekends arranged by our employees.

What advice would you give someone who wants to work at Nordlo?
It's important to have new ideas and be unassuming about working in a flat, unpretentious organisation. We often fill various positions in the company, which means people need to be a bit flexible and able to work in different fields.
