Nordlo’s help
The challenge
HSB Göta in Jönköping wanted to update the design and technology in the company’s offices. When it was time to begin renovating, they chose to make a total transformation and invested in modern conference room technology from Nordlo. The new office design led to a nomination in the competition for Sweden’s best looking offices, and there was a great deal of focus on the interaction between technology, design and function.
Before project planning began, the challenge was to make the new conference rooms live up to the same standards as the rest of the newly renovated office. A collaboration was begun between HSB, Nordlo, architects and electricians in order to ensure the right technology and the right design.

The solution
Prior to the project, there were also requirements regarding conference room equipment design. Everything had to be black to blend in with the conference room design, and we adapted the equipment accordingly. For example, the projector was repainted black to provide the best expression. The audio system is not visible and can be used individually as desired, or together with the projector and screen.
“In all, we supplied audio, visual and associated technology to six different meeting rooms. It’s all plug and play; you just have to plug it in to the computer and start once you’ve entered the room. Technology must support the user and make work easier,” says Tobias Sahlin, customer account manager at Nordlo.

The conference rooms are the first impression new visitors get of the company, while they must also function as necessary for all employees in order to avoid day-to-day stress.
