I started my IT career with six years in customer support, as well as in second line support for email services that we supplied to our customers. I then moved across to our operations team, with areas of responsibility for Active Directory and email services.
When we started to supply Microsoft 365 across our customers, I moved into this area as a technical consultant. Then, one and a half years ago, I stepped into the role of productivity consultant at Nordlo.
Areas of expertise
Above all, I’m good at developing customers’ operations through digitalisation. I often act as a “technical sounding board” for our business developers in the selection of solutions for customers, and work as a technical consultant in the area of Microsoft’s cloud services with a primary focus on Microsoft 365. I also have knowledge of GDPR and offer advice to customers.
My job as a productivity consultant involves leading and executing implementations of intranets, management systems and document management systems for customers. I also work on analyses of customers’ IT environments linked to their operations to identify improvements and opportunities.
Internally, I work to support colleagues in my focus areas, and also work to develop and identify new services that can help and support our customers. In addition to this, I perform various technical consultancy assignments, primarily in the area of Microsoft 365.
