I’ve been in the IT industry since 2005. I spent the first six years working as an IT consultant and TAM (Technical Account Manager) specialising in user support, Windows Server and IT infrastructure.
Over the past ten years, I’ve had roles such as KAM (Key Account Manager) and sales manager, where the focus was above all on helping our customers streamline and develop their IT environments.
Areas of expertise
I’m good above all at solution architecture in the area of total IT outsourcing for small and medium-sized enterprises. My experience as a KAM with a focus on the development of a PaaS offering for customers has also made me strong in that area.
